It is settled with Joe's endorsement. He is usually a Mickey D's man, so for him to say someplace else has a great breakfast, I'm sold.

coacha......are you going to call for a rate? I would suggest you overbook a room block, with right to cancel any remaining rooms like 30 days out. Most motels will go along with this type program.
Once you decide on location, and if you want, I can go over and negotiate.

Hey coacha,
This is what I did for the hotel in Elkins. Called the group rate number and they blocked off the rooms and it was set up where each person could call in and use the block number they gave me which made it where each person pay for their own room. They also had a set date for releasing the block. It made things real easy on the planner!
