Air pressure check
I am riding with a couple buddies up Hwy 101 and checked the pressure tonight. I was surprised! The front was down to 33 and the rear was 35. I need to check more often. Thanks for the reminder.

Air pressure check
I found my rubbers lose about a pound every 10 days - on average. Checking before each ride is certainly good advice!!

Air pressure check
I check my tires weekly at the very least. Also, every spring I take the bike out into the driveway one night and practice checking pressures and using my little can of compressed air in the dark. While I'm at it, I also take the side covers off in the dark and check fuses and such.Strangely enough my bike seems to not care whether the sun is shining or not. Holding a light ,( I have since bought a lamp on a headband),and trying to use tools is a bit of a challenge.
A raiiny night makes it even more challenging. |
