Not Motorcycle Related - weight loss

Ann and I had several people asking about how we lost so much weight. We shared a lot of the details with people at the rally. I thought I would share the web site for the program that we are using. Naturally Slim really worked for us, but of course your results may vary. This program was offered by my employer at no cost to us. It is definitely having multiple benefits for us. I think many employers will grow to see the benefits for their company as well. Healthier employees result in lower insurance cost and better attendance - due to fewer health issues.

I have gone from 299 to 215 in about 7 months. I won't post Ann's weight (I'm not ), but she has dropped 55 lbs in the same time. Both of us hope to lose about 20-25 more lbs. Ann has already cut most of the meds she was taking in half and hopes to keep that trend going.

I don't think either of you will have problems keeping the weight off. After 7 months you are both still very dedicated with your lifestyle change. Congratulations to both of you and it was great seeing the two of the new yous.

Glenn... if your suggestion eliminates "barley-soup", or "hydraulic-sandwiches", then I would have a hard time sticking to it!

Glad to hear it is working though!
