Looks like the Hoppy has some sort of "loop" on the side as part of the plastic housing for it. If one is on the other side; it would look like that would be an option for mounting. Maybe use some thin metal band the goes over the top of the Hoppy and down each side through the "loops" -- bend it flat to the hitch and screw-mount it. (Not easy to describe -- I know) I am sure you will figure it out though given all you have been able to do so far.
