Winter refreshment

Well its that time of year when riding doesn't exist up in the great white north. But refreshing the bike does.
Did a trip to the city yesterday and dropped some hard earn coin. New battery, shocks, tires, fancy nuts and bolts and of course some new metal for a Nomad project that will be posted when completed. Oh yeah, new helmet, rain gear and leather jacket. It seem to me that over a period of 25yrs., leather seems to shrink because my nice old Bristol doesn't seem to fit anymore! I had to move up 2 sizes.
What have you done or are going to do this winter for this seasons riding??
