driver backrest for sale

I removed this backrest from my '01 Nomad 1500. It bolts under the passenger seat bracket and adjusts forward and back. It has some small rust spots on the bracket and some scratches on the adjusting knobs. Looks like somebody put some channel locks on them at some point to loosen. Otherwise, it is in great shape, no tears in the pad. It was made by Markland Ind. in USA. I have more pics I can e-mail. I'm thinking $50 + $20 for shipping? Will consider trade for chrome inner left side engine cover for '01 Nomad or ladies leather riding jacket.
