If you want a real challenge and want to be everyone's hero try to solve the 25 mph handle bar wobble. I am thinking of hiring Columbo maybe he can solve that case.
I'd bet it is the chrome cover on the exhaust downtube which is rivetted on with aluminum rivets. When you hear it, take your right foot and put up against it, and I bet it will stop.
