Dynotune Vs. Autotune.
Hi everyone. I'm an older fella who has no problem tuning a Carb. But this F.I. stuff is new to me. I have a stock 2012 1700 Nomad with a PCV in it & pipes & BAK. on the way. I live near Milwaukee, WI. & am having trouble finding a tuning center that isn't H.D. only. One site I found listed Dyno tuning starts at 300.00. Which is the same price of the Autotune kit. I'm guessing my bike takes the AT300? One of reasons I went with PCV is the map switch so I can use Econo. to get some where & power when I get there. Looks like the AT. does that & more. Who here has the Autotune, what do you think of it? How hard / easy is it to use?

Once you install the Autotune, you're done. It does the rest. It will tune for the optimal performance.
I have read from one guy who loves it and one guy who hates it. There is a lot of information on VulcanForums.com regarding these too.

I have heard it both ways too. It still is an excellent product.

Dynotune Vs. Autotune.
If you are running a true dual exhaust get the dual autotune. All others just get the one with the single oxy sensor.

I think I would put a single sensor where the pipes come together if you have room. I wouldn't go any further down stream or you might start getting fresh air messing with the sensor. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1440679344.101899.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1440679389.685019.jpg
