Bike + Jet Ski???

I'm just curious, not knowing weights and all. Anyone think it is possible to pull a single or double jet ski trailer (loaded) behind a Nomad? Call me stupid...probably couldn't get it in the water anyway, but just got curious about it...

I can just picture the Nad sliding down the ramp into the water. Might have to rig up a snorkel.

Theoretically, you should be able to tow roughly 400 pounds with a Nomad. However, as others pointed out, not a good idea on the boat ramp.

I agree. I think you probably could pull it with a Nomad, but there is no way I would get a bike near a boat ramp!

No chance. The ski itself probably weighs up to 400lbs depending on the model. Add another 150-200 for a "small" trailer. Seems like an unwise choice to me. I used to pull a Kawasaki 750xi with a honda civic. Probably similar engine sizes when you think about it. It was uncomfortable and a panic ride, but sometimes you have to make do.

Jet ski behind a Nomad.......if you do this, please let me know what direction you are heading so I can go the other way. :)

Oh also, unless you have a helper, getting off the bike to unload the ski from the trailer is going to be very interesting on a wet, slick, inclined ramp. If you do manage, please take pics.

Good Luck!

Why would you want to? You'd have to give up riding time to jump on the jet-ski! Just kidding, jet-skis are fun, but I can't afford both.
