I like the Ride Like a Pro V DVD. It was a big help in learning to ride the Nomad to a higher precision level.

Just received Ride like a pro V. Have yet to view the DVD. Read the excersize information that came with it. Learned something just from that! I am sure the vid is informative as well.

I purchased mine from the web site. It is on Ebay as well. Same price. You may find it for a couple bucks cheaper. Or, you may get RLAP IV for a lot less.

I figured 35 bucks and some time and fuel was a small investment to become more comfortable at slow speeds and a better rider.

Riding Instruction DVD

Hi to everyone,
I have been in touch with the Ride Like a Pro team about any discount that might be available for "motorcycle form members". The response was ....

" We offer a $5.00 discount for ALL forum members, so your order for our Ride Like a Pro V and Mean Streets DVD’s would come to $49.90, but shipping to Canada for two DVD’s would be $3.18 for a total of $53.08. You may tell the other forum members to enter your forum in the referral section when ordering our DVD’s. I hope that helps!"

I'm taking that as, we should enter "KawaNOW" in a referral section on their online ordering form. I don't think it matters how many videos you order either to get the discount.
I am ordering "Ride Like a Pro V and "Mean Streets". for $49.90 plus shipping to Canada.

I hope this helps anyone thinking of ordering

Donna the Doc is great. She is Motorman's wife and handles all the orders. She's also one of the ladies who ride in the video and classes. She just got a brand new Ultra Classic and leans that baby right over. I knew they were offering the discount if you type in her ladies' riding forum name but didn't know she would offer it to other forums. That's great!! Thanks for asking them rickyboy.

Here is her reply on her Delphi forum to someone asking about the DVD:

When you order our RLAP V, don't forget to mention "delphi forums" in the drop down box, you'll receive a 5.00 discount, so your total will be 29.95 instead of 34.95. Just don't use PAYPAL as they process your order and won't give you the discount.

Please use the 2nd ordering option via the cart, those orders come directly to me, I process them applying the discount and they are shipped immediately. Hope this helps. Or, you can always call our toll free, 866-868-7433, I'm in the office until 10pm EST.

Ah.....thanks for starting asking this question rooster1! My son is taking the MSF class this weekend and called me last night (sat) and said he hit all the cones on the weave, then got frustrated and started stalling the bike. I think Ride Like a Pro has a basic 'learn to ride' video, I could get him that and one other as an xmas present!

I received the videos I ordered,... RLAP V and the "Mean Streets" video. Now after watching them a couple of times I can't wait for spring to get out there and practice. The mean streets video was OK but I found a lot to be common sense. But a good vid just the same. Well worth the bucks .

Instead of buying would anyone have RLAP V they would be willing to lend out and have returned?

Maybe you should order Dan Lunds DVD? Ride like a Demon...skateboard parks, touring, to motocross, one bike and rider does it all!

19.95 plus s+h...but wait there is more. Order in the next 15 minutes and we will include a bonus video Lund vs. Bill O'Reilly the meeting of two powerful political minds!
