hello to all, just joined. I am looking at a 2004 vulcan nomad 1500 fi this afternoon, it has 60k on it and I am wondering what issues/concerns I should have. The seller said the mileage was high from Sturgis and Florida runs. Says it runs and drives fine, also says that in 4k miles it consumed approx 1 pt of oil. He is asking 3500 any opinions? thanks

Welcome aboard! There are really no major issues with those bikes, if its in good shape, with regular maintenance it should last a good long while.
