2006 Nomad Front Wheel Question

Is the front wheel on a Nomad symmetrical except for the valve stem angle? I'd like to know if it can be turned around. The reason is that I am running a rear tire on the front that was mounted with the direction arrow pointed backward and now I would like to run it with the arrow pointing forward.

2006 Nomad Front Wheel Question

Shouldn't hurt anything. Your front and rear wheel spokes will be oriented in different directions, that's all.

2006 Nomad Front Wheel Question

Depends on whether or not it is a radial. I believe there is something to the direction of revolution on a radial tire. You may notice a difference in handling.

2006 Nomad Front Wheel Question

The tire is an Avon Venom rear tire and it handles very well. In fact when I first put it on, it made the bike with a car tire on the back take the curves as if it had the OEM rear tire. However, I've been told that running a tire with V grooves mounted backwards could cause hydroplaning.
