What is the rpm range for each gear?

My Doc told me to lift weights to stay in shape.
I figure 24 oz per lift ought to do.

Mike if I am correct it is TUESDAY rather than Monday. I worked yesterday so it had to be Monday.

I shift by speed since I don't have a tach.

It depends on what color your bike is. The green ones are fastest.
