Trip finally banned me!

I know I may still be feeling the holiday spirits....or maybe I am just not real bright but I can't seem to reply to any posts. There is no "reply" button for me to click anymore.

In addition I think I may be seeing things....like new little icons next to the thread titles. I click on those but nothing happens.....ok I get it...just like Geico and the caveman...you don't want me.

Maybe I missed some "new" intructions? Or maybe I just got voted off the island?

OK....I am going nuts. Now I can reply and the buttons are back. The little icons (folders, blank sheets, etc) to the left of the threads are still there...what are those for?

Why is this jacket strapped around me? Why don't they give me windows in this room? Why are the walls padded? Why won't the little voices stop?

....hey Schoeney. LMAO! I thought the same thing for a while. But in my case, was only certain threads. But all is well again. We are not banned! WHEWWWW!!

The little icons to the left of the threads do have special meaning and functions.

However, these meanings and functions are only divluged to the ELITE INSIDERS! The commoners are not allowed access. Gotta keep the riff-raff in their place, right?

P.S. Schoeney. I think I have the padded room right besides your's. Would you please keep the screaming to a minimum?

This happens to me, too...when my login expires and I need to log in again. You can still access certain forums when your access has expired, but you can't create new messages or reply to or modify your existing messages. I other words, you have read-only access.

So if you are like me and stay logged in, this happens from time to time. Log in and you should be good as new.

CJ...That was the strange thing....I was logged on. The message said Welcome Schoeney, you have XX messages and XX are new. I could start new threads (like this one) but couldn't reply...strange.

I am glad Trip and his band of merry little green men and women are having fun at the expense of my sanity. It wasn't bad enough that I have been cooped up inside for over a week, I had to actually do some Christmas shopping, visit family and pretend to enjoy it. :-/
