Connected? You be the judge
I was rolling through town this morning at about 5:30, past the intersection off Main St. where workers turn toward the pre-fab housing plant.
My nose detected a distinct aroma. "Pungeant," one might say. "Burning rope," might say another. (Personally, I've never made that last connection, but I've probably never been around any genuine hemp rope that was burning) "Somebody's prepping for their day," I thought. Less than a half mile later, I passed through the wonderful smell of a bacon, eggs and toast breakfast. I've been leaving town on my bikes around that time for a long while. I don't recall ever having experienced the smell of a wonderful breakfast. Hmmm. Very interesting.

Smoke from burning hemp has been known throughout history to heighten one's "senses" for food -- thus increasing hunger sensations.

Tomorrow you should follow your nose, and stop for breakfast when you smell the bacon. ;)

...or stop by the burning hemp and ask for a toke.

Then go chow down on some bacon and eggs.
