If you're buying a GPS

I had this posted in the "GPS unit" thread but thought it worthy of it's own thread.
Here is a Ltd. time deal on a Zumo 220 motorcycle GPS
Just over $300. with shipping. I haven't found it anywhere else under $400.+ and as high as $500.+

http://www.thegpsstore.com/Garmin-Zu...tem-P2326.aspx

Compare that with the Garmin Nuvi for about $10.00 less

http://www.thegpsstore.com/Garmin-Nu...tem-P1914.aspx

There's always talk about GPS's and I just wanted to let everyone in on this deal. I ordered mine today.
The people at "The GPS Store" were very informative and helpful.
If you are outside the US you have to order online not by phone. When choosing your type of credit card choose "International" credit card. Not Visa, or MasterCard etc. Just some info that was passed on to me by the people at the GPS store.

Thanks Rickey for letting us know. Maybe Santa will be good to some riders this year.

That seems like a really great deal! Garmin makes a good product. I have the Tom Tom rider 2 bought refurbed. Works good too.

If you're buying a GPS

I have seen a couple of Garmin models selling online with life time map updates.Newegg had the GARMIN nĂ¼vi 1450 LMT on sale today for $149.00 with free life time map updates. It also had a 5 inch screen.I think the normal price on a Garmin map update is $80-90 so this a great deal.If I didn't already have four Gps units I would be all over this deal.If they keep tempting me with these deals I'm not sure how long I can resist.

If you're buying a GPS

If I had the dough I would get the Zumo 665, but at this point I need a part time job just to pay for this stuff. Right now I am using mother nature's GPS.
