There saying 12 to 18" here.
That's just a little inconvenience for us. We are used to moving snow.

It must be beer thirty out there. The temp here is 17* and approaching dark.
Weather people here are saying 8"-16" by Saturday afternoon. The plow boy will probably try to come every hour so he can make his money for the year. Getting ready to start cooking the vittles for suppa here.

Rain turned to sloppy snow.
Probably only a few inches around here. The only problem is the temp is hovering at freezing and just below... so ice could be the problem within a few hours... and maybe tomorrow morning. It is all headed east from here... Watch out... Bourbon is my choice on bad weather nights or days. Maker's Mark preferrably. Just poured one, before doing some late night reading from home. Bourbon is the only way you can slosh through reading economic reports... at least while imbeciles in Washington have their fingers in it. (Oops... almost got quarantined to the VBA political asylum board with that comment. Slap my own hand for that...)
