Wanted pattern for lowers

There was someone here a while ago that had a pattern, but drawing one out yourself is not that hard to do either. Just come up with a size that still looks appealing. Ive seen some that look out of proportion on the bikes.

Wanted pattern for lowers

Not sure is this one will do the trick for you, but i found this a long time ago and could not find it again so I am re-posting the page on my site with the pattern download and instructions.

The instructions talk about bending the lower mount a bit, but it should work without doing that, that step is to get the lowers to line up a bit better with the windshield.

Idaho has a pattern he designed that he has been known to share.

Wanted pattern for lowers

Another tip for those of you with router tables. I made a template out of 1/4" plywood and then stuck it to the lexan with double-sided tape and routed it on a router table. Use a trim bit with a top bearing and set router on lowest speed. Makes a very nice finish to the edge of the lexan.

Wanted pattern for lowers

You can e-mail Jack from this Nomad website http://www.thewoodshop.20m.com/motor...m#introduction
and request a lowers pattern. You'll find a link when you scroll down through his First Impressions section.
I started with his pattern and modified it.
There are also some pretty sharp Nomad photos and ideas on the website.
