Going on the DI list

Turned in a nice 175 mile ride on a great Sunday. Now I have to park the Nomad, seems my left knee and the orthopedic surgeon are going to meet up on Thursday for a little cut and stiching!! (not riding related) will be out of action for 4 to 6 weeks. I guess I will just keep the bike clean..

From one Mark to another, good luck with the surgery. Don't push it; the Nad will be waiting when you are ready.

Good luck on the surgery. Let the knee heal right the first time.

Don't turn down rehaab if it's offered. It'll get you back on the bike a lot quicker. I've had both knees worked on and I am probably looking at a complete knee replacement in 3-4 years. Good Luck on your surgery!
