Wilbers shocks

Does anyone have experience or know of anyone that has bought Wilbers rear shocks? I'm thinking about putting them on my Voyager and was wondering if anybody has info on them good or bad.

I have Wilbers on my 94 BMW R1100RS and on my 07 BMW R1200RT. The 07 came with the Wilbers, but I bought them for my 94 BMW when it had 120,000 miles on it. Most money I ever spent on that bike, and the best money I ever spent on that bike. Before the Wilbers, on the stock crapped out shocks my 94 BMW would cup the front tire terribly within 8000 miles and the ride was harsh, choppy. With the Wilbers, through five sets of tires over 70,000 miles the front tire no longer cups even at 12,000 miles per tire set.

Best thing about any custom shocks, Wilbers, Ohlins, Penske, Hagon and others is the shocks are set for the middle of the adjustment range for YOUR riding weight and style. All stock shocks are crap within 20,000 miles, no damping, and the shocks are selected for riders 150 lbs to 350 lbs, LOTS of compromise. So adjusting them has little real effect. Custom shocks, set up for you, puts you right in the middle of the adjustment range, and any adjustments are clearly felt and enjoyed. Tune the shocks to your best ride and keep the tire pressure up (like 40 to 45 psi) and you'll enjoy a MUCH better ride and get far better tire mileage.

Yes Wilbers are expensive, as are Ohlins. But if you plan to keep your bike and enjoy it for tens of thousands of miles to come, worth it!! Also, custom shocks can be rebuilt after about 40K miles to get them back to new again. For the money I would seriously look at Hagon shocks for the custom shock option at more reasonable pricing. My 94 BMW at 190,000 miles on Wilbers shocks rides as well as all the new BMWs I would ride regularly when working at the BMW dealership.
