Just to be on the safe side

Happy new year! Just wanted to pass this along. On Wed. this week I was putting the cover on the new voyager and while doing so, noticed the chrome trim on the right saddlebag was coming loose. (This is the piece that hides the lid hinge). It appears that the only thing that holds these on is double stick tape.
Wasn't impressed by this method but oh well. I "reinstalled" it with some new larger tape. Just an FYI for anyone who has the same to give those pieces a check so it doesn't go missing. It's very possible my covering the bike 5 days a week may have been snagging it but still.
