Very limited color choices and doesn't appear to be many changes.

Yeah, I guess. I am always hoping for something more but seems I am disappointed by most manufacturers. Only the new HD's have me excited this year as I was extremely disappointed by the new Indian. The new Ultra Limited is a beautiful motorcycle, I think they changed everything on that bike, right down to the turn signals.

For 2014, Kaw is offering the Nomad and Vaquero w/ABS! It took them long enough, but it's a step in the right direction.

For what they are asking for a Vaquero, they are getting close to Street Glide territory.

I noticed a couple things they tried to address. ...abs on the nomad and vaq and the engine covers that was a common gripe. They seem to have darkened them on all models. I still like the Nomad but only one color this year

The Vaq (non-ABS) is still listed as 2013. I wonder if they will offer that model still. Also, 18K + is pretty expensive.

The Voyager non ABS is also listed as a 2013 - In 2011 my ABS had an 18K MSRP - walked away paying 15,153 out thedoor . . . so don't let the MSRP fool ya . . .

I understand. I wish they would add some color to the Vaq as well. I loved the blue and red. I know they have the SE, but it's got flames. I hate flames. They should introduce a couple more colors. Maybe Kaw green (not the two tone they had before, but completely green) and (personally) I would like to see a hunter orange.

Actually three colors on the Nomad. Black and white on the ABS model and black and titanium, and blue and white on the non ABS model.

Why the disappointment with the Indians, they look pretty nice to me. Thinking about a Blue Chieftain.

I agree that Kawasaki needs to put a little color excitement into their lines. The Red, Blue, and Green really added to the allure of the Vaquero. Not feeling the flat black and white Nomad. One can only hope that they look better in person. There are to way to many 2014 black bikes. Not going to grow market share like that. Looks like the metrics are trying to playing it safe.

Someone at Kawasaki seems to think remaining static in todays changing market place is a smart business decision. HD and Vic is going to continue to take market share away from Kawasaki.
