I think the Triumph Rocket III Touring is an awesome machine. A pleasure to ride and gobs of power.

Let me rephrase; It is not supposed to be a crotch rocket or a muscle bike, it is a touring bike.

Is that a BMW or Triumph etc.
It's the standard Rocket III. It makes something like 45 more HP and 13 more ft/lbs of torque. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. The beemer is a totally different bike.

We were typing at the same time, didn't realize you were on line

Triumph probably figured us old guys with touring bikes would get in trouble with all that power so a detune was necessary
