windshield replacement

I am needing a replacement windshield for my reckless fairing has anyone put one on theres and if so what kind and where did you get it from. Thanks for any help.

I have bought a few (for both the reckless on my Nomad and the batwing on my Harley) from fastaire.com. It's a small outfit in Reno with great prices and excellent service.

Sorry, forgot to mention that the Reckless uses the same shield as the HD batwings, ie: Electra Glide and Street Glide. Lots of vendors sell them.

Any three bolt FLH* Harley shield will work.

I got mine from http://www.longrideshields.com/ as I wanted clear and fastaire didn't have clear in the height I wanted. I am super happy, I wish I had replaced that PoS shield that came with it long ago. I got the recurve one and dropped down an inch....air is still well above my helmet.

looking to replace my oem soon and saw one on national cycle last night .they were for pretty much all fairing designs. Sorry my oldtimers has kicked in its a V something with the recurve top ..

Ron you have seen the windshield I have on mine it came from the guy in Nevada Fastaire he has any size and and tint you might want also has the flip type like I bought so you can have a shorter windshield and see over it but the wind goes over your head

Thanks for all the help. I have recieved my fast air windshield and it looks to be pretty good . I saw one at Maggie Valley and liked it.

So happy with Long Ride shields http://www.longrideshields.com/ their customer service was excellent. I had an issue with my reckless fairing at the beginning and Long Ride Shields helped me through it.
The flip on the shield works wonders
