Tlc products

Has anyone ordered anything from tlcproducts lately? I ordered a set of bag liners for my Vaquero early June and have not heard a thing. Numbers disconnected and no response to e-mails. Anyone heard anything??

They were very quick a few years back when I ordered bags, but it seems not so much any more. There was a thread on here a while back about this. I think the company was saying at that time there was an illness or death that slowed things down.

Ya, not looking too good. I purchased some on June 8th with money coming out of bank account through paypal. Yet to receiver anything.

Ordered bag liners for the Nomad on May 15th. Sent an email on July 11th asking about status of the order. Received a response the same day from Jenne (the owners wife) stating that they were moving the shop and she would send the order "first of next week". Sent another email yesterday asking about status again. Haven't heard back yet.

Hopefully they will come through since, as many of you have mentioned, the product is paid for.

I know the owner had a stroke and Jenne is trying to keep the thing going, but this doesn't bode well...

I dont want to bother them if they are having trouble as long as I get my bags or my money back. I'm not in a big hurry, just want to know. Do we have any recourse if nothing happens?

Don't know about recourse. There may be something you can do through PayPal. I'm going to wait a tad longer (I'm in no real hurry either) and see what happens. Everything on their website still works, including the order process so I'm assuming:

They're still in business
The phone numbers are no longer working because of the move and they haven't posted new ones yet

Did you pay with a credit card???

I think most of us paid using PayPal. There may be some recourse there..

File a claim with PayPal. I had a problem with another company and it didn't take long to get my money back.

I'm in the same boat fellas, been waiting over 2 months, got one e-mail back and when I tried to call two weeks ago the voice mail box was full. so I will wait a little while longer then contact paypal.

Just went to papal and emailed TLC through them that way if something does not happen soon at least there will be a middle man involved. Im all about understanding when a family problem arises. But when no emails or calls are sent out or returned to paying customers after a fair amount of time. Then I have to call BS!
