New Jersey man's sentence commuted

We had a thread a couple of weeks ago about this guy. The governor of NJ commuted his sentence but he will fight to have his conviction overturned. The story below describes how the jurors were bullied by the judge.

Glad to read this guy is now out of jail. He should never even gone to jail. Judges have far too much power and that needs to be stripped from them.

I'm real glad he got set free and I hope he gets his record clean.
But, in my opinion he was not in the process of moving. He had been living in the state for a year. He was pretty lax on getting his guns legalized.
If you are going to own firearms you have to know the laws of States you go to, no matter how draconian they are.

At least someone came to their senses. Now they should charge the judge with some stupid thing and let him try to clear himself.

Convicted to 7 years for exercising his 2nd Ammendment rights. I'm so thankful I live in the land of the free....
