I just found out about this new bike from Moto Guzzi. The MGX-21 Flying Fortress. Looks pretty interesting and the design is pretty cool.

Wow! Big departure for MG. From what I have heard about the 1400s and the way the MGX-21 looks, they have a winner! If only they had more dealers in the US.

I like the bike except for the cylinder heads sticking up so high and thru the gas tank. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

Better performance than american cruisers, yet still iconic. MG engines are like tractor engines. They last forever. Great brakes, better ground clearance/suspension too. The cylinders might be a problem for taller people though.

I like it, looks sleek, steps up from the nostalgic side compared to others, has kind of a Victory type of look!
looks like its already has mich. commanders too!

Cruiser looks with performance bike handling. Wish there was more dealer support. Might put one beside my café

I was looking at Guzzies last year but the cylinder heads are a deal breaker for me.

Don't know about that almost solid front wheel but everything else looks good to me. If the heat from heads isn't a problem I think it's a winner. Now if only I had the winning lottery numbers...

The moto guzzis are about as straight forward as you'll get with Italian bikes. I would never own a ducati unless I could afford to have it dealer serviced. The MG is similar to my beamer in that regard, not so bad. If I was going to buy a MG, it would be a Stelvio. The cruiser ones have high floor boards and it makes a goofy riding position for me.

Oh yeah, a lot of Italian food in this country is from southern italy. The bikes are from northern italy. Yeah, there's a difference. It's like comparing NY to Georgia or Mississippi.

High boards for cornering clearance. Low seat for stance. Bad combination for me too unless just riding locally.

I'll take food from Georgia or Mississippi over NY any day of the week. ;)
