Thank's for the encouraging words guys but it looks like it may be a tough sell with 8 of them for sale in my area. Fortunately for me this is not an emergency or must sell situation.

That is a fair price. It ought to sell without any problems. Especially with the goodies that are already added to it.

I'm still interested but you'd need to accept my certified bank check cause that's the way the loans work with my banks.
