July 12th VRA Ride

We put together a small group this past weekend of a few VRA riders and a few other bikes who wanted to get out of town for a while. We had a nice leisurely ride through back roads and twisties, across farm lands, doubling back across the interstate and the rivers. We ended up on the banks of Lake Martin at a marina that served beer and pizza to hungry boaters. We took up a small collection for our buddy that crashed and all in all had a pretty good time, except for the temp being in the high 90s all day!

Seemed like a nice way to spend a day, beer & 90f are too good a combination.

Nothing better than stopping for some good eats and drinks and then off to the twists and interstates with good friends. Glad you had great weather.
