Vaquero brake pad suggestions
Coming up on time to order pads for my 2011 Vaquero, now just shy of 38k. Through reading my fav forums, I decided on the EBC Double_H Sintered FA158HH, two packages, for the front. For the rear, I found comments suggesting that the Double-H seemed to be providing too much braking power, and riders were having issues with the rear locking up way too often. The comments went on to say that EBC had designed a new simi-sintered pad, the FA231/2V, to address that issue. The problem is that I have yet to find anyone that has it in stock. So while I sit waiting on a backorder to be filled, how about some suggestions and opinions? Maybe you have an even better solution!

Factory pads wear the longest IMHO.

I have been using these pads on all my bikes for several years, and like them very much. They also are not hard on your rotors.
