V & H Baffle (update-one coming from V&H)

Anybody have a V & H Nomad bagger baffle I can purchase?

Only need one but would purchase two if necessary.

Had one crack right where the bolt threads are, welded, and it cracked again.

Nope! Actually the baffles slide in and out with very little resistance.

Just cracked for whatever reason.

V & H Baffle (update-one coming from V&H)

How old is it?
FWIW, The reason I ask: V&H sent me a free baffle packing replacement and now are sending me a couple of replacement baffle screws (I stripped them, admittedly) for free. I've had nothing but excellent customer service from V&H. In fact, when I ordered the second baffle packing (to go with the new freebie they were sending me), they only charged me 1/2 price for it! Pretty darn cool in my book.

BTW, which way do the baffles go back in? Do the fins go with the flow of the exhaust, or should they kind of stick out and impede the flow??? Thanks!

Glad you had success with V&H customer service. They may send out packing and replacement bolts, but no luck on replacing baffle.

Anyway, as far as which way they go back in, only is one way, threaded nuts to the rear. Other end does not have nuts, just holes.

V & H Baffle (update-one coming from V&H)

Glad to hear you having luck with V & H service! I had no luck from them a couple of times and gave up with them and their products! Maybe it just me, maybe it's because I am Canadian, I don't know??? Good luck with your V & H products!
