GPS units on sale at Costco...

Just a heads up for anyone who's in the market...

Costco has the Garmin C550 for $200 and the TomTom GO920 for $300.

Costco Exclusive Online Offers. More Than $3,200 in Savings. Valid 5/15/08 - 6/01/08.

Got it via e-mail today and thought I'd pass it on for those who might be interested.

Daryl :)

Thanks for the heads-up on this.

Dose anyone know if the Garmin C550 has a hard drive in it? I've heard hard drives aren't recommended for motorcycle use.

I looked up the Garmin C550 and it has Bluetooth and an MP3 player too. You can view the calls coming in and decide if you want to answer. No hard drive...uses an SD card for memory.
CNET reviews it ans rates it 7.7 out of 10. http://reviews.cnet.com/car-gps-navi...-31789579.html
Sounds like a good deal to me.

Do any of these units come with a motorcycle mount? I couldn't find an old post with this on it -- What's the best way to mount one on the bars?
