Thumbs Up Great deal on one Idaho Jack Adapter, better hurry

Greetings,

I sell my adapters on my website for $65 and on E-Bay for slightly more. VBA members get a $5 discount when they ID themselves as such at the time of purchase. I also have a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.

Well, someone took me up on the guarantee and returned the adapter. He got his full refund but the adapter that he returned to me has some scapes on the underside and on the cross bar. Nothing big or very noticeable but enough that I do not want to re-sell it as 'new'.

So, first person IN THE LOWER 48 to get back to me to confirm they want it will get it for $40 shipped. A Canadian member can get it for $55 shipped.

Good luck.

Did he give you a reason for the return?
I'm just curious.
Also, how long can I use one before I decide I am not satisfied?
I may sell the Nomad and get a different brand in a year or two.

Sort of what I was thinking, TC. Either it works (as it always does) or it doesn't (not sure how it wouldn't). Maybe someone decided they like to watch their bike rock or they found a good deal on a couple dozen hockey pucks.

Always looking for an angle huh TC?

The guy did not like the idea of rolling the bike up onto wood blocks to get enough clearance for the jack to slide under the bike with the adapter attached. Oh well.

That's why? I can tell you shifting the bike with one hand, trying to place slivers of ply-wood with the other is a capitol ROYAL PAIN in the tootski.

I suppose he has a low profile jack huh?

I still............. have not forgotten ...........

Bud, perhaps you could sell smaller wheels to put on the jack so it sits lower.

I think we need taller wheels on the Nomad. Think we can get Kawi to re-engineer with 18 inch rims?
