New Member in MS

Hello All! I suppose all you folks are watching the Super Bowl while I am exploring the forum as a new VBA member. Wow!! what an awesome group of folks enjoying a common bond. I am sure I will have questions, but first I will see what has already been asked and answered.
I am the second owner of a 2011 Vaquero purchased Feb 1st from Got Gear Motorsports in Ridgeland, MS (Jarod was great to work with). Bike is RED as you might deduce from the forum member ID. I am more impressed with this bike with each ride.

I have been riding intermittently since my early teens and have owned four motorcycles all metric. The first a 1974 Honda CL 350 (red and white), Yamaha 400 enduro, Vulcan 750 and now this awesome vaquero as an early 55th birthday present to myself. Mid life crisis? Naw...been wanting this for a long time. Its been twelve long years since my last bike...getting my riding posture back pretty quickly. I'll check out the tips. Enough for now. Hope your team wins in the Super Bowl this evening. Oops can't find the spell check.

Welcome from Florida. This is a great forum w good people. I was so impressed w everybody here that I went to my 1st rally ever at Antlers this past Oct. I wasn't disappointed and was treated like family by a great group. Now I plan on being a regular at as many VBA rallies as I can

Thanks for the hospitality! I look forward to exploring the forum. Looking for a way to lower db without sacrificing tone for the V&H twin slash slip ons. I am sure my neighbors would appreciate it too! I'll research the forum a bit before considering a new thread on the topic.
