It looks like the oil seal in the photo has failed and will need to be replaced.
The Youtube video shows how its done on a Honda but the Nomad will be similar.

Check out its gasket properly might be need to fix it up. Oil leakage happens either because of engine oil filter issues or gaskets.

Guys, thank you for leading me in the right direction. I need that oil seal part#. The dealer tried to get it and they got the wrong one and now they can figure out the one I need. Anyone went through this already and knows the part #?.

The part# for the shifter that connects to the shift linkage it's #9251.

Oil leakage can have several reasons which can be tackle but rider must know the reason first. Might be loose gasket or blocked engine can trouble.
