Change Handlebars

Wondering if anyone has changed the risers on their bike to one inch, so can use any of the 11" ape hangers that are produced for the harley and if this might work?

You can do that or buy 1 1/4” to 1” adapters that go around whatever 1” bars you buy so you can still use the 1 1/4” risers.
