I just did this swap on mine this past week. Mike's step-by-step made it easy. Any time I do my own work, I can usually add a Pro Tip...


Pro-Tip: when replacing the tank back on the bike, and reconnecting the fuel line...be sure that the fuel line connector is ALL THE WAY on when you engage the snap-clip back in-place. Otherwise, when you first crank it up, the pressure from the fuel pump will force the fuel line off and gas will go everywhere.
