Good info..and glad you survived to tell the tail--
I was riding (my 02 Nomad) along the local Sierra Foot Hills last spring...as a friend was ahead on his .."Asian Scooter"...two dogs ran in front of him on a switchback curve..and he crashed with plenty of skin off one arm and shoulder...but was able to ride home ! (he was wearing a half helmet..long sleeve shirt and jeans, with boots) ..I dont ride "Scooter's"!
