That chrome on top of the cylinder is plastic, so it shouldn't be hard to scuff and repaint.
Or even hydro dip chrome.
It never gets hot.

My 15 Vac does have ABS. That's why I'm a bit hesitant about doing this myself. I will contact my dealer to see what the cost will be versus doing it myself. I do wish there were more how-to videos....

The Dunlop Elite 4 are $442 vs $409 for Commander 2's and Metzeler 888's. That is for both tires, not including install.
