This worked for me too!

Had the same trouble. Just place the Lisle on with a 3/8" rachet and step down slowly on the rachet handle.

Thanks Makkat! I ordered a set of those baffles today. Much better price than the non- purpose made Big City Thunder at 130.00 per set vs 70.00.

While staging for today's Rolling Thunder Run to the Wall here in Fairfax a Harley Guy asked me what I thought of Kawasaki ending production of the Vulcan 1700? Is this true?

Must still use premium gas!

Spoke to Ivan today and he said that premium gas must still be used in the 1700 Vulcan after the flash including the updated flash 59C or 59 BAK. This makes sense to me because modded flash or not...
