On the way to the rally

This was on the way to Hannibal Mo to meet the rest of the NC group before we headed to the rally the next day.

Amin, where is the camera mounted, handlebar or windshield?

Silent Sam 07-02-2014 12:04 AM

I love an open road with little traffic !

TC,
I have the mounting pad attached to the clutch reservoir and that's where the camera goes on that's why you see part of the headlight on all the shots.

This was taken in Northeast Missouri on our way to Hannibal to meet the rest of the guys from the NC region.

It might be an illusion but the video seems like you're hauling ass about 90 or so. Weeeee!

Rasta 07-04-2014 09:08 AM

I don't think we were going much faster than the speed limit....don't remember what it was tho.
Actually here the weeeeee video even though it doesn't really look it but it was:

No it totally looks like it - that terrain is whipping by. Nice!

Rasta 07-04-2014 09:33 AM

Good because it was a fun ride!

cnc 07-04-2014 09:46 AM

We have a road not too far from me I like to ride called country road 18, it runs through rolling farm land for about 20 miles, no traffic and I never tire of it. That vid reminds me of it.

Cool! Yeah we have some like that around here too that you just enjoy and don't get tired of no matter how many times you ride it!!

Great Video Amin! I agree with ID MAN, it looks like you are really hauling the mail. I want one of those cameras bad! I am putting on a ride next Saturday for about 10 of us and the route is way out in the country with sweeping curves, off camber hillsides and switchbacks followed by some long straight roads passing open corn fields. I rode the first half of it alone yesterday and it was amazing. Thanks for sharing the video, love it.

Great video. However, IMHO you need music in the audio track instead of the wind noise. CCR's Travellin' Band is 2:07 long, your video is 2:11. That might be a appropriate tune??

However, I wouldn't have a clue as to how one would do that.:???: :???:
