Need help Vulcan world!!! Just bought a Vulcan & got it ship to me & was only told the gas was drain to ship it. So once I receive her I put gas in & rode off. So I get about 3-4 miles down the road it cut off on me & I start hearing a clunking tapping sound. So I came back & towed it back home I drain the oil, charge the battery & still here the noise.... Don't know where to start PLEASE HELP!!! I'm sick over here

Need some serious help Vulcan world..... Bought a Vulcan & got it ship to me & was told only the gas was drain for shipping. So once it got here I put gas in it & start riding for about 3-4miles then she cuts off. Wouldn't start up with out a jump. Which I found out the battery wasn't charging but now I here this loud LOUD clunking, tapping noise..... Don't know where to start PLEASE HELP... I'm sick help me please!,,,,,
