2006 paint codes

Does anyone have the paint code for a 2006 dark metallic green/metallic phantom silver Nomad?

I have my venture trunk in the shop to be painted. Being the cheap bastid that I sometimes am neither I or the shop want to pay color rites price and PPG says they don't have the paint code for my bike. Two auto parts stores have been unable to read the code for the dark green.

Any and all help appreciated.

The only color matched paint I have seen is from Colorrite. They have pretty much every bike and as far as I know are the only source for color match, and they know it so charge a lot of money for what you get. I know some people that have said the candy red on the Nomads is not a good match, so not sure on the other colors. Some body shops can match well....others not so much.

Someone here had a bodyshop computer match the paint and said it was a really good match between the two colors.

That was usefull information. :) It may just save me some money when I get ready to do some touchup on my bike. http://s2.images.proboards.com/tongue.gif I have top rails on my bags that I am gonna have taken off , holes filled and bags repainted. I put them on to try to keep tops from getting scratched, ??? but the wife still hits 'em with her feet, http://s2.images.proboards.com/angry.gif:(" title=">:(" border="0"/> so I am gonna do away with the rails, repaint, and go with leather chaps for the bags instead. ;)
