I got a picture onto photobucket but that is it. Should I cancel my photobucket and start over again. I have probably entered the URL into my profile 10 different ways to make it work and still no luck. Any ideas or suggestions. If I figure this out I will enter other photos at the bottom of my posts. Still working on the US Map for States I have ridden in. I'm not that computer illiterate but starting to feel like it.

Under the image you want in photobucket, you should see box like Email & IM, Direct Link etc. click on the one that say's image code and copy that code to the avatar space in your profile.
It should look something like ths "http://i478.photobucket.com/albums/rr144/yourname/your.gif" and that should work

WOW!!! I finally got it with a little help from my friends. Thanks for all the patience and understanding. Now I will start working on photos for under my POSTS. The photo was on the Colorado River in Moab Utah. A bunch of us rented a raft and went for it. As you can see the river was really raging. If you haven't done any white water rafting I would recommend it.

i know the feeling dennis, i hav tried multiple times to get my avatar pic up. just gave up ! cutting and pasting the img code from photobucket is not working for me.
