I got voted to lead some friends out to East Texas for a day of riding on Sat. It turned out far better than my wildest expectations. Good people, good food and GREAT roads. I had never been to this area and I will surely add this to my list of "Gotta-do-that-again!" places.

457 miles and 13 hours of what you see below. We were soooo tired when we got home, but I still can't wipe the sh*t-eatin' grin off my face.

Nice, thanks for posting.

I've been whining for the snow to melt the last few months. Now I'm gonna start whining about how brown and dingy it is, can't wait for it to green up here. ::)

Actually I'm not gonna whine, at least I can ride now. http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

To respond to your comment - that was my longest day ride so far - on a stock seat no less! I was very surprised I didn't have some serious pain from it, but it worked out well. Probably not going to bother replacing my stocker now

Wow....you are lucky with that seat. I get monkey butt in about 2 hours (sometimes but not all the time)....that is why I just bought a beadrider to try.
