After 55 years of sucking on cigarettes I've decided to quit. Now I'm trying to figure out how to keep from being put in a straight jacket.

Not to be a useful idiot to any party with regards to politics and elections, to lose a human being I have seemed to ingested, and figure out a way to cultivate and express my creative drive instead of shoveling the same sh!t against the wall 5 days a week. Long live Howard Roark.

First I have seen of this... loose some weight. I have put on 30 lbs since I got a desk job. I need to lose the 30 lbs to be what I was in high school about 31 years ago. lol. Might help with the Nad's gas mileage too. LOL. I'm serious about it this year and since I'm in the military it's a must!. Dad died with heart problems and Mom just had quadruple bypass. Guess I'll be next next if I don't do something. I can feel it just don't admit it. At least me and the wife started walking every night and morning (2 miles total). I always heard it was rough when you got older but noW I can believe it. I did martial arts for years and never thought I would fell the pains I do now. Ir's tough when you get old!

I wish you luck. I quit smoking five years ago now if I could just get off the snuff I quit it once but that was the longest 30 minutes of my life

Easy, lose 1 pound per month. Be smarter with money to continue reducing debt.
Spend more 'off' time working on the GTO and enjoying ourselves instead of doing things that others want US to do.
I always update my 1,3 and 5 year plan for our lives. Good way to keep sight of the prize.
