I currently subscribe to:
Cycle World
Motorcyclist
Rider
Hot Bike Baggers
Motorcycle Cruiser
I'll occasionally pick up others off the rack, like All Metric Road Bike, American Iron, etc.
I'll admit it, I'm a magazine junkie.

I used to subscribe to motorcycle cruiser, motorcyclist, cycle world, and buy Road Bike occasionally. Now I am down to MCN as a subscription. I like Cycle World, particularly their editorial writers, they are the best, especially Kevin Cameron. Motorcyclist changed the Editor and they have become more squid oriented, so I dropped them and MC Cruiser dumped Art Friedman and Jamie Elvidge, and the only one left that was any good is Mark Zimmerman, which isn't enough. What it came down to is my wife thought I had too many bike magazines laying around and she thought it was a waste of money, and to a large extent, she was probably right.
AMA's American Motorcyclist, Roadbike and Rider; with Roadbike being my favorite of the 3.
Ride safe,

......... MC Cruiser dumped Art Friedman and Jamie Elvidge, and the only one left that was any good is Mark Zimmerman, which isn't enough. .........
That all took place when I was out of the country for six months and didn't get my subscriptions so I never got the story of what happened. I just came home, got the new one and wondered what happened?
Did they let Jamie and Art say good bye with some explanation of why they were going?

Jamie were told to leave...I emailed Art and he told me that he made too much money. I know he wrote some things for Road Bike. It's too bad he was treated as such, considering he started that magazine. I believe there was some change in management structure and usually that brings along with it the errant necessity for the new people to put their thumb print on things.

My favorite motorcycle writer is Clement Salvadori. I like his writing style, and I like his style of riding/travel. I would love to go on a ride with him.

Roadbike
Motorcycle Cruiser
Motorcycle Consumer News
Road Runner (Motorcycle Touring & Travel)
Last one Road Runner is my favorite. The write excellant articles on lots of rides and always have pull out tank bag maps. Reveiw roads, attractions, eating establishments and motels. The Feb '08 issure has a ride report for West Virginia. I'll have to check and see if it is anywhere around where the Eastern Rally is located.

Cycle World, but I'm not renewing it. Too much crotch rocket, not enough cruiser. Oh well, the subscription helped my daughter's school. Supposedly ???
