It's 74 degrees!

I had the morning off to run errands, and did them on the bike. I've got clients this afternoon, so no big rides.

Did you get out today?

I'll bet it's been awhile since you guys have seen 74 degrees, eh? I'll bet that feels pretty good.

You're not out of the woods yet. I've been in Denver in April and been snowed on.

Yep, temps here are about 25-30 degrees above normal for this time of year.
I can't get away, but I rode to work yesterday and today and will tomorrow as well. Feels good! :)

Not so far. Have been on the road with work and other garbage. I still have a few things I want to do on the bike yet.

I love the warmth, but it always makes going back to the cold that much worse.

I wish I had the day off today to ride. I was too worn out from our trip to ride Monday, rode a little bit yesterday, but have a full day of clients today.

I always address this to Ells because somehow he's able to get away from work at times and ride. How about you Waterman, are you ever able to play hooky and ride on a work day?

Dan,

Depends upon the day. Spring is generally busy in my line of work. Last year I can't remember a day that was less than 10 hours. Even had some 20+ hour days. Nothing like getting up at O dark 30 so you can be at the field ready to get to work at daylight and getting home past midnight.

That being said, yes I can but I do have a 2 hour drive to the front range but one of these days I will make it work.

Thats a possibility. However, I don't know where we would ride to that would be a "nice" ride.

Arg! I was out of town on business most the week then yesterday the cooler temps and threat of snow kept me close to home http://s2.images.proboards.com/angry.gif:(" title=">:(" border="0"/>.

There has got to be a early spring ride in our near future. Tied up today too :-/, although it could be a good one, will ride locally on some errands and stretch them out a bit http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif.

Looks like we have several new members from the Denver area, should try to get a group together before too long.

Let's do it. Now if some of those new guys would check in... A post on the main section should grab anyone who is getting hooked

Check Check from the Denver non-Nomad rider.

I was supposed to go on a ride down to Garden of the Gods with a group yesterday, but the weather scared them off ... re-scheduled for 3/29 ... "Bike and Hike" on meetup.com if anyone wants to find it.

Otherwise, I've just been poking around for people to ride with whenever ... this week will be a bit cooler and I'm working overnight Sat->Sun morning, so I'll likely be dead to the world Sunday daytime.

I'm on the northside of Denver (Westminster).

I've been thinking this over a little, Perhaps a meet up in Castle Rock and Golden alternating would get closer then further for the group?

But the company would make it worth the ride http://s2.images.proboards.com/cheesy.gif
