Greetings from the Spacecoast!.

Not a new rider but new to Kawasaki Nomad. My wife and I are avid "wingers" but sometimes you just have to have something different. So....I have a cruiser and a whole lot more with my '03 black and chrome nomad. I'll post up some pictures soon.

Florida riders, I look forward to meeting you and riding together. Oh, rest of the states too!

Hi Jim, and welcome from NW. Georgia. There is a difference in the "V" twin and the opposing 6. Less power, but more "throb".

thanks to all...I did check the Southest Region Rally [dates] In April - We have children [and grandchildren] coming the last week of April so I won't be able to ride to Georgia. That would have been a great opportunity to meet some folks - and of course have a great ride too.

My bike has a Matasu trunk but I see some trunks that look pretty familiar although I can't quite place them. OK you pro's whose trunk did you steal and how hard are they to re-engineer to the Nomad? I'd like to dump the Matasu...

Jim,
Welcome to the forum. I'm not sure if you've seen some of the other threads, but if you do a "Search" from the top of the page you can find some good conversations about "trunks", "tour packs" and the like.
