Help with classic chaps

Got my classic chaps in today and cant figure out how to install them, can someone help?? Thanks Guys!!!

Slip them on with the long strap at the top and facing forward. Slip them all the way on, up tight against the framework.

First secure the lower Velcro straps around the framework protruding outward on both sides of your bike, which on your left secures the shifting mechanism, and on your right the brake assembly. Pull the short straps tightly around the frame and Velcro them together.

Looking at the top strap – lace it through the buckle, pull’r tight and Velcro it together. The strap should be facing forward and drape across the top of your radiator housing.

You’re done, except for get’n it perfect from here.
